I built a methodology to help myself through change and now I am sharing it with you.
Change isn’t linear. There is no START than STOP.
Change, if we called it a process… is circular.
Just like nature moves through Winter, Spring, Summer, and Autumn, change follows a rhythm. Each season serves a purpose, and understanding where you are in your season of change helps you move through it with clarity and confidence.
Overview of the 4 Seasons of Change
Each season represents a distinct phase in the change process, whether it’s personal growth, career shifts, or organisational transformation.
Winter – The Season of Reflection & Strategy 🌑
This is where change begins, even if we can’t see it yet.
Winter is about slowing down, assessing where we are, and building a foundation for what’s next.
Key themes include: Foundation, self-reflection, clarity, letting go, vision setting. It is the groundwork for what is come.
Spring – The Season of Experimentation & Learning 🌱
The first signs of change start appearing.
